Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 animals per apartment are permitted and 50lb weight limit, breed restrictions enforced. Please remember some breeds have nicknames and most have variations of their breed. A pet interview may be required. A per-pet deposit of $500 ($250 Refundable, $250 Non-Refundable) MUST be paid before your pet(s) may enter your new home, and $35 monthly fee per pet will be added to the monthly rent.


Smoking, in any form, anywhere inside any of the dwelling units, or inside any buildings within the apartment community, is strictly prohibited. 

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is charged at move in, and held until the apartment is vacant. The security deposit, minus the cost of any damages, will be returned 30 days after apartment is vacated.

Application Fee
A $100 application fee (per apartment) is collected with every application. It covers background and credit checks, as well as processing fee. Only one fee is collected per apartment.

Renters Insurance 
Unfortunately, renters are affected every day by fire, flood, theft, plumbing accidents and more. If an accident happens to you, even if you are not to blame, there is nothing protecting your belongings unless you have renter’s insurance. You are required to obtain renters insurance and maintain it through the term of your lease!
