We love pets at Baycliff — cats and small dogs are welcome in our community. Please review the details below before bringing a pet into your home.

Smoke-Free Community
Baycliff Apartments is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping — is strictly prohibited:
- Inside any dwelling unit
- Inside any building within the community
- In all common areas and amenity spaces
Violations may result in lease termination and forfeiture of deposit.

Renters Insurance
Renters insurance is required for all residents and must be maintained for the full duration of your lease. Accidents — including fire, flooding, theft, and plumbing incidents — can happen at any time, and your belongings are only protected if you have coverage.

Lease Terms
All terms of your tenancy are governed by your executed Lease Agreement and any applicable addenda. Information on this page is provided as a general overview and is subject to change.
Your security deposit, less the cost of any damages assessed upon move-out, will be returned within 30 days of the apartment being vacated.
